I bought this about 6 months ago and I’ve been extremely pleased. I really wouldn’t want to go back to driving the car without it; it helps ne keep my focus on driving with eyes forward and no need to squint at various too-small indicators on the off-axis Tesla main display screen.

    Regarding installation:
    1. Do not underestimate the potential frustrations involved with removing and replacing the computer connector in the passenger side footwell/glove box area. Dont panic or rush it. You will get it done but you might spend 10 to 30 minutes or more thinking that it’s not going to get done! Even if you have a fair amount of experience yourself , it’s helpful to have a good friend with similar experience present for help and encouragement, or to tag-team the connector because it can get tiring while laying upside down and fiddling with it.
    2. In my case, after installation I had some strange vehicle behavior, including no audio, and at first I thought I might have loosened something else. The srandard Tesla reboot didn’t fix it. But I got very quick and helpful advice through the EVoffer support contact on Telegram. He suggested to do a “Penthouse reset” involving disconnecting the 12V battery and removing/reconnecting the main power cable underneath the rear seat. This fixed everything and I’ve had no problems at all since then. This made me a believer in buying more products from EVoffer even when other sites may sell similar accessories.
