Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies by destination and shipping method selected at checkout, with most shipments arriving within 5–15 business days.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please monitor the tracking to stay updated on your delivery status.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These charges may be required before you can receive your package.
If your shipment is held or seized by Customs for any reason, EVOffer will not issue a refund unless the items are returned to us in their original condition. No international shipping charges or local fees will be refunded if you refuse delivery or the shipment is returned.
Once a shipment enters your country, it is under the jurisdiction of your local postal or customs authority. EVOffer is not liable for delays, holds, or issues that arise at this stage. We strongly recommend contacting your country’s Customs Office for further guidance before placing your order.
Returns are accepted for products valued above $150 USD. All items below this amount are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Products must be returned in brand new, unused condition and in original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Most EVOffer products are designed for DIY installation. If an issue arises during installation, customers must contact our support team to troubleshoot before any return will be accepted. Return requests without prior troubleshooting will not be approved.
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. A 5% payment processing fee will apply to all cancellations.
