By purchasing from EVOffer, you agree to the following terms. These policies are strictly enforced to protect our ability to offer premium automotive electronics.

1. Shipping and Customs

1.1 Processing & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Carriers: We use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services. Delivery estimates (e.g., 5-15 days) are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk of Loss: EVOffer is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered.”

1.2 Import Duties, Taxes, and Seizures

• Standard Rule (DDU): Unless the shipping method is explicitly labeled “Tax Inclusive,” items are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid. The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
• Customs Seizures: Once a shipment enters your country, it is under the jurisdiction of your local customs authority. EVOffer is not liable for packages held, seized, or delayed by Customs.
• Refusal to Pay: If a package is returned or abandoned because the buyer refused to pay duties or failed to clear customs, no refund will be issued. If the item is returned to us, we will deduct all return shipping costs and a handling fee.

2. Cancellations

• Fee: All order cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 5% Payment Processing Fee. This fee covers non-refundable credit card processor charges.
• Custom Orders: “Made-to-Order” items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

3. Return and Refund Policy

3.1 Strict Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition: The item must be unopened, unused, and uninstalled.
   • Installation Marks: Any hardware showing screw marks, adhesive usage, or wire splicing is considered “Used” and is non-returnable.
3. Troubleshooting: For “Defective” claims, you must undergo troubleshooting with our support team. Returns without prior troubleshooting attempts will be rejected.

3.2 The “Free Shipping” Refund Deduction

• Shipping is Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are never refunded.
• Free Shipping Orders: If you return an item that was shipped with “Free Shipping,” the actual cost we paid to the carrier will be deducted from your refund.

Example: You buy a $200 item with Free Shipping. We paid DHL $30 to ship it. Your refund will be $170 (minus applicable restocking fees).

3.3 Restocking Fee

• A 5% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns to cover inspection and repackaging.

3.4 How to Request a Return (Telegram Only)

To verify identity and maintain a secure record of communication:

1. Channel: You must initiate your return request via our Official Telegram Support Channel. Requests via email or social media may be missed.
2. Procedure: Do not ship items back without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns received without an RMA will be rejected.

4. Warranty Policy

• Coverage: 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage resulting from improper installation (DIY errors).
  • Water damage, electrical surges, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.

5. Dispute Resolution Agreement

By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that:

1. You will not file a chargeback for “Item Not Received” if the tracking shows “Delivered.”
2. You will not file a “Not as Described” dispute without first completing the troubleshooting process via Telegram.
3. You accept the 5% Cancellation Fee and Shipping Cost Deductions as valid terms of sale.
